Dr. Shadi’s practice came highly recommended by a number of friends so I scheduled a consultation. He was patient, provided me with a number of options, both extensive and minimal, for the dental work I wanted done and allowed me ask any and all questions I had about the procedure. His primary concern was understanding what I wanted done and importantly why I wanted it done so that he could tailor his advice to fit what I was looking for. He was able to dispel any apprehension I had about the other procedures that were recommended by a number of other dentists.After weeks of preparation and follow up consults I was provided with a wax up which demonstrated what I could expect my final results to be. Being provided with this visual was extremely important to me given how nervous I was with the permanency of this procedure. The procedure itself was booked for a half day, with no other patients being seen to guarantee the necessary attention and focus. I couldn’t be any happier with the results. Dr. Shadi’s work is impeccable. He’s detailed, meticulous, and is truly a reflection of the best this profession has to offer.Equally telling about Dr. Shadi’s work is the team he has working with him. Whether it’s Gigi helping during the procedure, Seereya following up with a bite-guard fitting, or Dorka greeting you at the door, there is never a moment where your comfort isn’t everyone’s priority.I can’t recommend this practice enough and would encourage anyone considering any dental work to at the very least schedule a consultation.
The experience I had with Dr. Shadi and his staff was fantastic. Dr. Shadi settles for nothing less than perfection. Im amazed by his compassion and patience he has with each patient. I have to say he creates a smile that works with your personality and facial features. I truly feel his has a wonderful gift at what he does.
Dr. Shadi was recommended by one of my patients whose opinion I respect. I initially went there for a cleaning by Andy, which was amazing. After that, I saw Dr. Shadi for a dental check up. He is thorough, kind, gentle, and takes his time to explain everything that he is doing. He also offers treatment options in detail and fully explains the risks, benefits, and alternatives. I chose to have some cosmetic as well as non cosmetic treatments performed. I always felt very comfortable, since I was numbed nearly painlessly, and Dr. Shadi kept me in the loop with information throughout procedures. He also. was able to work. around my schedule and made himself available to me via text anytime. Gigi, his assistant, is the sweetest person as well. She was the schedule master and got everything aligned so that I could get things done in a very timely manner. I don't take the time.to write many reviews, but Dr Shadi and crew deserve one. Dr.Shadi is absolutely amazing! My experience with him and his practice has been outstanding. I came from a practice that had made me regret ever going to a dentist and they turned everything around for me. They are very punctual, always get back to you on further information. Dr Shadi and his staff are wonderful. I’m happy to have them as my new dental family. I had the same dentist for 10+ years and noticed a shift in my teeth and needed my old implants to be replaced. I asked my old dentist over and over but was ignored. I was afraid to change and wasn’t sure where to start with finding a new dentist. One day my coworker came into work and something was different and I couldn’t pin point it until she kept smiling; her smile was different. I instantly asked for the dentist info and called Dr Shadi to make an appointment. I did a consult with Dr Shadi, he took pics and listened to all of my concerns. He has has done exceptional work on my teeth and overall health of teeth and gums. I had to have caps on my front teeth and this was important that they were natural. Wow!!!! When I say Amazing. Dr Shadi stood out to me among many other cosmetic dentists in south east Michigan for his perfect work, demeanor and the staff . I had looked at thousands of photos of teeth online and even considered flying to another state to have work done . So happy I found him . The ladies in the office are all incredibly kind . I joked to my partner after my first visit that everyone was too nice !!! I went to consults at two other dentists who specialize in veneers and crowns and I was not impressed . One wanted a consult fee upfront just to see me and not do any work , the other was a bit stuffy . The other dentists I passed on , I didn’t like their esthetic . Long story short, I needed expansive restorative dentistry because my mouth was full of inlays , old cavities and new , thanks to genetics , and my teeth were crooked after years of braces in my teens . I wore a retainer for 10 + years EVERY NIGHT as an adult .
Dr. Shadi and team...I would follow them to the moon and back! They listen to me, they respect me, they explain the treatment plan with me, they worry about my comfort, and they treat me like family. I look forward to seeing them on my regular scheduled visits and don't mind the "extra" visits. Dr. Shadi and team always make me laugh and they never forget to catch up with me and my life, not as a client, but as a person.

Absolutely love this place! Dr. Shadi is an amazing dentist and his staff is wonderful! They are all smiles, very welcoming and really caring. Dr. Shadi is very thorough, honest, up to date on any latest procedures and takes his time going over points and explains everything. While getting work done he would ask many times if I was ok and feeling any pain or discomfort. His assistant Gigi is the sweetest staff. All the staff are wonderful, caring and welcoming people. Dr. Shadi is an amazing dentist. He's very caring and patient man, concerned about his patients satisfaction with his dental work. My 100 year old mother couldn't have been happier with his way of handling her tooth extraction. Dr. Shadi Krecht is by far the best dentist I've had. Painless dentistry is only one of the many great aspects of the dental care he provides. To me, one of the best qualities of his care is taking as much time as necessary to provide individualized dentistry. He does all this in the most compassionate, caring and friendly way possible. I wore a retainer for 10 + years EVERY NIGHT as an adult . Earlier this summer I received a crown from Dr . Shadi and they were so kind to me with adjustments and the temporary . No one pressured me to do anything and the doctor even offered to try a filling to be cost effective but eventually I would need a crown down the line . I never felt like a bother even though I know I might be. Everytime I asked about doing more cosmetic work , they didn’t try to sell me on a thing even though I knew I wanted to move forward . I essentially point blank said please give me options for cosmetic work NOW ! They were phenomenal with their patience and guidance . Right now , I’m in “temporary teeth” that look like final real amazingly perfect teeth. They are spectacular . I couldn’t be happier .
